2: From the beginning of viewing our new home until the date of closure, Pam was there for us 150%. Anytime we had questions/concerns she would immediately respond and guide us through the home-buying process. I can say this for certain, she had the answers or obtained the answers consistently....when there was question about the city ordiance in regard to fences and storage buildings, she contacted the city for us and got us the answer. No unexpected surprises ... if she told us something we could rely on her till the day of closing.
